PROFILE UD-28: Galvanized steel profile, For suspended ceilings, installation of attics and thin wall coverings. The UD profile should be fastened every 80 cm, depending on the wall material, with a dowel with an impact wedge (concrete, brick) or a self-tapping screw (eg thermally insulated steel panels).

PROFILE UW-50, 75 and 100 mm: Horizontal wall profiles for connecting plasterboard walls with the floor, ceiling, or horizontal wall profiles for bridging door openings. For joints with the floor, ceiling or other construction, a self-adhesive sponge tape is installed to reduce vibration. The UW profile is fixed to the base with dowels with an impact wedge every 80 cm
Our product range also includes a corner molding for machine plastering, which is used to form internal corners, as well as to protect and strengthen edges and corners from various types of damage and cracking, so that the walls are perfectly flat.
Reinforcements for PVC joinery are made of galvanized sheet metal up to 2 mm thick.
The procedure for making reinforcements for PVC joinery is cold forming, which is done on profiling lines. This procedure achieves excellent strength of the output profile, and the surface of the material does not show visible traces of shaping.
The manufacturing process also ensures high accuracy of dimensions, shape and geometry along the entire length.
After rolling, the reinforcements for PVC joinery are cut to the required length and packed in packages.
Application: used for fastening CD profiles of suspended ceilings if the distance between the mezzanine structure and the ceiling is greater than 15 cm
Installation It is installed every 900 x 1000 mm
Load capacity: max. 15 kg / pc. (eg 1 layer of 12.5 mm plasterboard + 10 cm glass wool.)
